The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 3's finale episode was recently released on Netflix on December 18, 2024. The episode featured four couples from the previously ended eighth episode.

"Mariah may be young, but she already knows what she wants out of her relationship with Caleb: a ring. "I want to experience as much of the love as I possibly can fit into my lifetime," she says in the trailer. "I would love forever to start right now." Caleb, on the other hand, doesn’t want to rush into it."

The ultimatum giver, Mariah, 24, confessed feeling "the weight of the day." While sharing how it could either be a beginning or an end between the two, Mariah got emotional.
"I think regardless of the outcome, I would really just thank him... for the love that he's given, 'cause I've never experienced a love like this, and I'm just really grateful," confessed Mariah.
On the other hand, Caleb, 29, shared that his trial marriage with fellow cast member Aria helped him to get a "lot of self-reflection."
Mariah shared that during the initial phases of the experiment, she felt "frustrated" with Caleb. It was because she felt that they were not aligned "on marriage."
"Mariah is a very serious girl. And I'm keeping things fun and light. The sweet spot is somwhere in between the two. And though this experience, I've got clarity on what I needed in my relationship, and what I needed from Mariah," shared Caleb.
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star Mariah expressed that she was ready to enjoy their time together and to spend the rest of their "forever" with Caleb.
She mentioned feeling very eager to create the "life" with Caleb. She also thanked the male cast member for being honest and transparent.
"All of that makes for really a great husband. So I appreciate that," shared Mariah.
Despite how their relationship may progress, Mariah shared that she had come to "peace" with many things. To share his feelings, Caleb got the letter that he had written from his pocket and ready it for Mariah.
"Somehow, you made me feel more loved than before. It scared me. It scared me because, some days, you love me more than I love myself," read Caleb.
He also shared about taking care of Mariah physically and emotionally if they were to end up together. He also mentioned that watching Riley grow over a few years was his honor.
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star Caleb then got on one knee and asked the "question." When she said nothing, he told Mariah it was "her moment."
Soon, Mariah could be seen along with the engagement ring. The newly engaged couple revealed how "it" finally happened and that Mariah was "so happy."
"This is what happiness, true happiness feels like," shared Mariah.
After wearing the engagement ring, The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On star Mariah asked about what was further for them. Caleb mentioned that they should start living their "forever."
