Justine Siemens, who was one among the various other victims of Benjamin Obadiah Foster, was held captive by him for three days in her home in Las Vegas. During this period, Benjamin beat her and also threatened to kill her.

One night in the small town of Grants Pass, Oregon, Angie receives a distressing call from her friend Justine. When Angie shows up to Justine’s house, she comes across a terrible discovery that leads to a statewide police hunt for Justine’s boyfriend of two months
Siemens managed to escape Benjamin by persuading him that they needed to stock up on groceries. She then went to the hospital to get treatment for her injuries.
What were Justine Siemens' injuries from?
After escaping Benjamin, Siemens revealed that she went to the hospital for treatment of "seven broken ribs, two black eyes, bruises and lacerations all over my body," and a brain injury caused by the horrific torture she endured.
Siemens mentioned she first met Benjamin while working at a bar in Grants Pass, Oregon. Their casual relationship took a turn when Benjamin requested a clear urine sample, raising her suspicions. A quick Google search revealed his violent history against women in Las Vegas.
Once aware of his past, Siemens reported him to their manager, which led to Benjamin being fired. Knowing she was the cause, he began stalking her. One evening, after her shift, Siemens found him hiding in her garage.
This led to Benjamin capturing Siemens at her own home and inflicting brutal torture on her. After three days, she managed to contact her friend Angie Milner, who called 911. When help arrived, Siemens was found in critical condition and rushed to the hospital.

Despite having to endure this traumatic past as shown in Worst Ex Ever, Siemens has rebuilt her life with resilience. Now living in Grants Pass, Oregon, and working in hospitality, her recovery was grueling, including time in the ICU, but she has successfully moved forward.
