The first episode of The Curious Case of... will premiere on January 13, 2025, on Max. As per the trailer released by ID, the episode will show the legal battle that occurred between Lima Jeramovic, a tech entrepreneur who tried to cure Margera’s addiction by using VR technology, and BJ Corville, the lawyer who investigated Margera’s case.

The trailer also shows Margera saying,

“I’m the Britney Spears of Jackass.”

He said this to compare himself with the pop icon as her battle with conservatorship is widely known, and she only emerged victorious in 2021 after fighting for 14 long years.

The Curious Case Of... Bam Margera will be focusing on the former Jackass member’s struggle with sobriety and his battle with addiction. He was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder and kept going in and out of rehabs since 2009, both of which will be featured in the episode.

His unstable condition led him to be put under legal guardianship, and the conservatorship gave others the power to make important decisions on his behalf as he underwent treatment to get better.
