However, these weren’t the stairs he built with his own two fictional hands; his wife Lois had them changed to a more unstable version. Despite his best efforts to avoid the obviously unsafe stairs, Griffin, true to his klutzy nature, ends up taking a spectacular tumble.
The result of his tumble is what we now know as the viral Family Guy death pose. His pose left him looking rather absurd and highly relatable, especially for meme creators. This pose was pure comedy gold, greatly remembered and still in use to this day.
