The second episode of Friends Season 3, titled The One Where No One's Ready, is among the most iconic episodes of the sitcom. In his recent interview while promoting Goosebumps Season 2, however, Schwimmer revealed a "scary" behind-the-scenes incident that ocurred while shooting the episode.

Schwimmer recalled how Matt LeBlanc suffered a serious injury while filming in front of a live audience and dislocated his shoulder. In the scene, Joey and Chandler are supposed to race for a chair in Monica's apartment, and LeBlanc, too eager to land on the chair, ends up crashing and dislocating his shoulder. The unit had to stop the filming.

Schwimmer remembered:

''During the live taping of the show, [Matt LeBlanc] is supposed to do a kind of a pratfall, and he actually dislocated his shoulder. He went totally white, and he stood up, and I could see his shoulder was out. He looked like he was going to pass out.''

He added:

''[I] immediately turning to the camera like, 'Cut, cut, cut.' That was genuinely frightening. You could see how badly hurt he was. And we had to stop filming that night, obviously, and he went to hospital."

While Matt LeBlanc's injury was really scary when it happened, the cast remembers how it became a plot point on the show, as Joey is seen wearing a cast after that episode. On the show, the story shows he injured his shoulder while jumping on his bed.

The episode had the hilarious moment where Joey wears all of Chandler's clothes even as a stressed Ross tries to get everyone (especially Rachel) ready for his important conference.

LeBlanc also re-created the iconic scene during the Friends reunion, and the whole cast discussed his accident on the set, which, though unfortunate, has remained as a memory that the cast shares.

The One Where No One's Ready was not greeted positively by critics upon airing, but it went on to be regarded as a classic sitcom episode with a high re-watch value. The pastel green dress that Jennifer Aniston's Rachel finally wears when she is ready to go to Ross' conference is deemed iconic today, with many women re-creating the style with their twists.
