But this time, the file on Mark's system has a picture of his wife, Gemma, with weird symbols and numbers. Just below the file name, it also shows that Mark is 68% complete in whatever he is doing.

One possible theory relating to that file could be that all files in the show are named after a particular town. For instance, Mark worked on a file named Allentown in Season 1, and his work was highly praised and rewarded for that. Cold Harbor could be another place name in the show's universe with important ties to Lumon. In addition, Cold Harbor was also the working title for the show, so naturally, it holds significance.
