Love After Lockup Season 5 released episode 50 of the series on Friday, December 6, 2024, on WeTV. As the episode aired, fans got to see Teenie and Rob's argument about Rob's mother visiting their home unannounced. From the last episode, fans got to see a heated altercation between Kate, Rob's mother, and Teenie.
In episode 50, Kate claimed that Teenie attacked her first, and that led to their altercation. However, Rob did not believe his mother and sided with Teenie. When the producer asked Teenie during a confessional "Did she put her hand first on Kate", Teenie denied it and asked her to move on to the next question.
However, as the revealed footage from the incident shows, it appeared that Teenie was the one to attack Kate first. A section of Love After Lockup fans was infuriated after seeing that footage. They gathered on X, slamming Teenie for being "delusional" and "controlling". Some even argued that the producers should make Teenie watch the footage and then she might take "accountability" for her actions.
A fan took to X and wrote:

"I just don't like Teenie. They need to have a reunion at the end of the show like Bravo does. Just so they can replay her putting her hands on Rob Mama. She acts like he has no right to see his Mama. Too controllingLoveAfterLockup" commented another fan.

"It's not in my character"- Love After Lockup star Teenie denies attacking Rob's mother first
In episode 50 of Love After Lockup Season 5, Rob's mother, Kate, visited his house in Teenie's absence to reconcile with him. Teenie was watching everything on camera and lashed out at Rob for letting her in, especially after their last encounter where they had a physical altercation. However, Rob explained that he took her side but as a son he wanted to be there for his mother too.
Kate kept on telling Rob that Teenie put her hand on Kate first and that was how the fight started. Rob did not believe Kate and rather said that Teenie attacked her because Kate hit her first. Later, during the confessional when the producer asked Teenie about it, she replied:
"I did not lay my hands on Kate first. It's not in my character, it's not something I would do. Next question."
However, fans of Love After Lockup lashed out at Teenie on X, for lying in front of cameras and denying that she did not attack Kate first while the video footage of the incident revealed that, she was the one to make the first move.
