The Last of Us co-stars Bella Ramsey and Pedro Pascal participate in "Get to Know"

One of the most heartwarming aspects of HBO's The Last of Us production is the genuine friendship between Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey. They two quickly formed a strong connection, mirroring their on-screen father-daughter relationship.

As shared by HBO, Pascal calls his co-star "Bellie", as he said:

"I call her Bellie and she’s my blessing. It was a match made in heaven, and I love her."

Not only this, they even engaged in a fun "Get to Know" questionnaire where the actors talked about meeting for the first time, their first impression, and even mentioned the item they would love to get from Game of Thrones to The Last of Us TV series.

The first question Pascal and Ramsey answer is when they first met and what they thought. Pascal explained:

"We didn't get to meet until we were on set. Because of COVID restrictions. And you were coming to get your hair chopped off."

So, it wasn't until the Graceland actor and Bella Ramsey arrived on set and met each other at "base camp". The actress also revealed that Game of Thrones was her first "real job", while Pascal mentioned being a "Barista" was the first task that got him paid.

Bella Ramsey opens up about The Last of Us Season 2

The Last of Us Season 2 is almost here, and while talking about the new chapter, Bella Ramsey revealed how she prepared for darker moments. The actress told Access:

"Sometimes when you have to do really deep, emotional stuff doing the complete opposite to like to prepare is the best because then you’re not in a deep, dark place all day because you get exhausted like that. That’s not helpful for me anyways."

While most actors prefer to stay serious and emotional for a dark scene, Bella Ramsey does the exact opposite. Listening to upbeat, quirky songs like Peanut Butter Jelly Time is her way of lifting her spirits before diving into Ellie's dark journey.
