Souper Cubes founder brought the perfect solution for freeing leftovers in Shark Tank Season 12. The husband-wife duo, Jake and Michelle Sendowski, created an ideal silicon container to avoid spillage and make storage hassle-free and convenient. Jake and Michelle's ask was $400k in exchange for 5% equity in their company, Souper Cubes.

The sharks seemed excited, especially Mark Cuban, who could not stop shouting the brand's name while checking the samples. The couple demonstrated the sample for the sharks, emphasizing the sturdy and utilitarian design of the product. The product received the patent on the design of the original one-cup tray, while the rest were pending.

Without wasting time, the QVC Queen, Lori Greiner, asked about the sales profile. The sales number drew in the sharks even more while they all whooped and waved in unison. Meanwhile, despite having great sales numbers, Barbara Corcoran wanted to know what they were looking for in the Shark Tank investors.

Michelle explained that they want the sharks' expertise in expanding their business while keeping the price point in check. She further added:

"We're looking for mentorship from the sharks. I think some of the things that we've realized as we've grown is there are kind of some bigger decisions that we struggle to make decisions on."

Souper Cubes' pitch was 'super intriguing' for the Shark Tank investors, and their sales profile added the cherry on top. While the founders explained their need to get sharks on board, Kendra Scott resonated with the product as a mother. Cutting the noise, Mr. Wonderful jumped right in to make an offer.

He had a "specific goal," which was to increase the product's direct-to-consumer sales by 30%. Kevin O'Leary extended two offers to Souper Cubes: $400,000 for 3% equity with a $0.40 royalty in perpetuity and $400,000 for 15% equity. Barbara Corcoran, I extended two offers to Jake and Michelle. She offered: $400k for 10% or $800k for 20%.

While the founders were deliberating the offers, Kevin revised his royalty deal and offered $400,000 for 3% equity with a 40 cents per unit sale royalty until $1 million was paid. Mark Cuban appreciated the founders but opted out of the deal.

Meanwhile, Lori Greiner offered the 'Golden Ticket,' which meant they were the star founders of the season, and provided an exact deal asked by the founders. Souper Cubes' founder accepted the Shark Tank investor Lori Greiner's offer.
