90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort couple Jasmine and Gino are going through a rough patch in their marriage.
As viewers have seen on the show, he has been withholding physical intimacy from her, and this has made Jasmine propose an open marriage. However, Gino is not okay with that either.
In the most recent episode of 90 Day Fiancé, we saw that the couple are discussing the same issues again, but this time, Gino asks his wife if she already has someone in mind for the open marriage, to which she replies positively.
In a previous episode, Jasmine revealed to Julia and Stacey that she had met a guy in her gym who understands her situation and is willing to help her with the open marriage.
Jasmine gives him an ultimatum to either be intimate with her while they are on the resort together or she will go for an open marriage. Gino denies both, and upon learning that she already has a potential partner in mind, he says in a confessional,
"What the hell is going on here? What does she mean she has a person whom she wants to be in an open relationship with? That would make me think is she must have had an emotional connection, prior to coming to therapy, with this guy behind my back. I don't know anything about it. And maybe, we should be getting a divorce and you go hang out with him all you want."

Jasmine and Gino, as viewers know, have had multiple issues in the past on 90 Day Fiancé. It was seen that Jasmine has been trying hard for Gino to have physical intimacy with her, but he just kept on denying it. His reason was that he didn't feel emotionally connected with her to perform well, as they constantly fought a lot.
But contradicting his viewpoint, Gino told Brandon that he would never sleep with Jasmine again even if their emotional issues were resolved. He must have told his wife, Julia, who in turn revealed the confession to Jasmine, who was shocked.
Gino has also said that these issues rarely existed in his previous marriage of seven years, but with Jasmine, it is constant. He claims to be turned off from all the fighting they do.
In this 90 Day Fiancé episode, Jasmine finally talked to Gino one-on-one about their marital problems. She said,
"These are our options. Okay, one option would be, you are intimate with me during the time we're here in the resort, or, you and I see it and come to an agreement for the parameters in an open marriage for you and me."
But Gino got uncomfortable once again and said that he was "pretty clear" about the entire open marriage deal and how he does not want to be a part of that. This makes Jasmine snap at him by saying,
"So that's gonna give us the option that you are gonna be intimate with me during the time we're here."
Gino again denies this proposition and says that everything cannot go according to what she has planned or wanted. He said an open marriage was not his "dream" for when he gets married, which makes Jasmine question if he thinks that was her dream either.
This is when she accepts the "gym guy" that she has been seeing as a potential partner.
In a recent Instagram post, 90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine revealed that she is pregnant, and it is the child of the same "gym" partner that she had soft-launched during the show. Viewers are excited to see how their story pans out because right now, we are seeing her married to Gino.
