"Way less awkward"- Single's Inferno star Jun-Seo opens up his first date with You-jin

Single's Inferno Season 4 hit the small screens on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. The popular Korean reality TV series has brought 11 singles so far in the show, making them travel between paradise and inferno, as they continue their journey.

To visit paradise, it is important to have a connection because that is the only way to leave the "home base". The singles who have coupled are sent to paradise on a date, and they spend quality time getting to know each other. The show also hosts several games, to check the compatibility between the couples.

However, the process of forming a connection is ever-evolving as singles can go on a date with a new person the next time. In episode 4, Jun-seo and Lee Si-an choose each other to go on a date. The couple shared why they chose each other while Lee Si-an asked Jun-seo about his first date with You-jin.

He said:

"It was just that we kept making eye contact. I just remmeber her smiling a couple of times. I thought her smile seemed really kind and innocent. I fgured it would be way less awkward going with her. So I chose her."

Jun-Seo and Lee Si-an might be one of the couples to go to paradise next in Single's Inferno

The Single's Inferno star Jun-seo and Lee Si-an have both worked in the entertainment industry before. Jun-seo was a former Seargent at Navy Special Warfare Flotilla and was discharged in 2019. Lee Si-an has done numerous reality TV shows like Idol School and Producer48. The two decided to choose each other for a date in episode 4 of Single's Inferno.

Lee Si-an said in a confessional that she wanted to discover more about Jun-seo.

"I had some one-on-ones and the opportunity to go to paradise with two of the guys. Jun-so is the only one I haven't had the chance to talk to yet. That's why I picked him."

Jun-seo also opened up to Lee Si-an about her date with You-jin and how she chose to "ignore" him afterward. However, they quickly moved to discuss their "type". When Lee Si-an expressed that her type is "deep and thoughtful". Jun-seo adorably remarked in response to her answer:

"I am sorta deep."

However, he explained to Lee Si-an that he was still figuring out who he was, especially after coming on the show. They both agreed that they were curious about each other and wanted to get "closer". Now time will tell, whether they could be a couple and go to paradise.
