Watson season 1 premiered on CBS in January 2025. The medical crime drama is based on Dr. John Watson, Sherlock Holmes’ companion in Arthur Conan Doyle's detective novels. While most of the adaptations of the novel series focus on the titular detective, the CBS series has the doctor as the protagonist.

The series is set in a world where Moriarty has killed Sherlock. Still reeling from his friend’s loss, Dr. John Watson then returns to medicine practice and treats patients with rare disorders.

Meanwhile, he uses his investigative skills to uncover some dark secrets about the people around him. Being a network drama, the show does not release all episodes at once, instead, it follows a weekly roster. Here is the complete Watson season 1 release schedule.
