Episode 7 begins with Shinwell receiving a bouquet of flowers at his office, but this is no ordinary gift. Inside the bouquet, he discovers a threatening letter stating, "You haven’t switched yet," along with photos showing an intruder inside his home while his family sleeps.

It's clear that Moriarty is watching him, leaving Shinwell rattled. He’s unsure why he’s being targeted, but the danger feels real.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, a woman named Ginny arrives at the ER in a state of confusion. She has a deep cut on her abdomen and seems completely disoriented.

Ginny is experiencing short-term memory loss, forgetting who is treating her almost immediately after meeting them. Before the doctors can determine what’s wrong, she suddenly vanishes, prompting the hospital to issue a Code Green (a missing patient alert).

Ginny doesn’t just vanish; she somehow ends up in Watson’s office. Meanwhile, Shinwell is seen switching pills, which could lead to serious consequences later on.

Watson and his team begin investigating Ginny’s condition. They discover that her memory resets every 3 minutes and 8 seconds. This means she constantly forgets everything, making it nearly impossible for her to explain what has happened to her.

As they search for answers, they find Ginny’s journal, where she has been documenting the times of her memory lapses. It turns out she has been taking medicine on her own, but they still don’t know if that’s the cause of her unusual condition. Watson is determined to find out what’s happening before it’s too late.

This episode is filled with mystery and emotion. Ginny’s strange condition, Moriarty’s escalating threats, and Watson’s battle with grief all heighten the tension. Fans can look forward to a suspenseful episode featuring shocking twists.

How will Watson solve the case while confronting his pain over losing Sherlock? And is Moriarty plotting something even more perilous? Tune in to find out!
