What to expect from Watson Season 1 Episode 7?
The next episode is titled Teeth Marks. It revolves around a woman who arrives at Dr. John's clinic with a mysterious illness. She says something is eating her from the inside and trying to come out. The team finds out that her illness is not just psychological.
She suffers from a disease that makes her forget everything every three minutes. The team then has to race against time to figure out what is wrong with her. At the same time, Moriarty is expected to cause more problems. The official logline for the episode reads:
“While Watson and the team help a woman whose memory resets every three minutes, Watson struggles with auditory hallucinations and questions whether someone is behind his current decline. Also, Moriarty plots his next move.”
What happened in the previous episode of Watson?
In season 1, episode 6, Stephens Croft’s camgirl girlfriend, Porsche, turned out to be the team’s newest patient. During their video call, Stephens suspected she had a urinary tract infection. However, she did not go to a doctor and collapsed during another video call with Stephens.
Since no one knew where Porsche lived, the team studied everything in her background. Eventually, they found out her real name was Annie Wilson and tracked down her old apartment.
Her ex-boyfriend, however, had no idea where she had moved. Meanwhile, her condition got worse on live video, and dark purple spots appeared on her skin. The team finally had a breakthrough when her dog knocked over her camera, revealing some mail with her new name, Kathryn Patricio.
This led to the identification of her address, and the team took her to a hospital. The doctors later learned she had visited her childhood home in New Mexico, where a rabbit bit her. That bite gave her bubonic plague, but because of a rare genetic mutation, she survived. After the right treatment, she made a full recovery.
