What to expect from Watson Season 1 Episode 4?
While CBS has not unveiled the synopsis for the upcoming episode, the network has released a short preview, which shows Dr. John coming across a man whose tongue has been badly impaled. Not only does the doctor have to treat the patient, but also find out who attacked him.

What happened in Watson Season 1 Episode 3?
In the previous episode, Wait for the Punchline, Dr. John struggled with side effects from his medication. He had unknowingly taken the wrong pills as Shinwell had replaced his medicines on Moriarty’s orders.
He experienced hallucinations and even saw visions of Sherlock Holmes. Meanwhile, the medical case in the episode was focused on Molly Jones, a comedian who collapsed on stage after slurring her words.
She was initially suspected of having epilepsy, but her condition turned out to be connected to a rare inherited disorder. When Dr. John took up the case, he learned that Molly had changed her identity. He further discovered her mother, Felicia Mancini, had been wrongly convicted of killing Molly’s siblings 23 years earlier.
John figured out that the children had a genetic mutation called Long QT Syndrome, which made them scared to death. Meanwhile, his symptoms kept getting worse. He collapsed in the hospital and later angrily confronted his ex-wife, Mary, about her relationship with a coworker.
By the episode’s end, Shinwell switched his medication back, which finally resulted in some improvement in his health. However, the episode did not reveal what Moriarty wanted from the doctor, even after his detective friend had died.
