Netflix's Celebrity Bear Hunt premiered on February 5, 2024. The second episode of the competition show, Let Me Down by My Bladder, featured cast members discussing various things in the morning.
One of the celebrity participants on the reality show was Lottie Moss, a model. Fans might know her as Kate Moss' sister. During a segment featured in episode 2, Lottie recalled how she was going to go for "rehab" before joining the show.
"Before coming here, I was about to go to rehab again. God, I'm getting emotional," Lottie shared.
Celebrity Bear Hunt Episode 2: Lottie recalls her plans from before participating in the competition show
Celebrity Bear Hunt Season 1 Episode 2 saw participants discussing various things while resting at the base camp. Boris confessed to not getting enough sleep because of Mel B and Kola's snoring at night. He shared this with Lottie in the morning, and he stated:
"I was sleeping in the middle with two very loud noise. Then, when I lay, I have to find the right position to put the knee."
Joe mentioned he had a "bad dream" about a challenge and that he lost in the dream. When participants were having their breakfast, Shirley asked Boris about his "hardest opponent" when he played tennis.
"Always the man in the mirror," replied Boris.
He further mentioned that the "biggest challenge" for him was that he was in the "news" daily.
Celebrity Bear Hunt's Lottie mentioned that she faced similar issues whenever she was in rehab.
"When I was in rehab, they did this thing where they were trying to release a whole article about my sister hating me. I called her crying, and she said, "Don't listen to it. You know that I don't hate you. You know that this isn't true," shared Lottie.
When Boris asked her about the rehab, Lottie replied that it was for "Drugs and depression." He referred to that as a "deadly combination," Lottie mentioned that she didn't "feel anything."
She then opened up about the time when she struggled, and she stated that she "didn't care whether" she lived or died. Later on, her mother suggested that she should go to rehab. However, she added that rehab didn't "really work."
Listening to her, fellow participants asked her what worked for her. Celebrity Bear Hunt star stated, "Nothing." Further, Lottie mentioned that she was "about to go" to rehab again before joining the reality show.
She got emotional while opening up about that time. Una and Shirley came to comfort her while she sobbed.
Lottie confessed:
"I think I've always come down on myself for making mistakes when I was younger, and I think it's taught me that I need to not punish myself. Most people make mistakes. It's actually okay."
She then shared with fellow cast members that she wanted to "prove" herself. Seeing her feeling so low, Celebrity Bear Hunt's Joe comforted her by sharing that he had made "many mistakes." Una told her that Lottie was "lovely" to be around, while Shirley told her she was "adopting" her.
Both female cast members then hugged Lottie and made her feel better.
