W.A.G.s to Riches Episode 5 Recap: Sharelle and Chad meet with attorneys to negotiate a prenuptial agreement 

W.A.G.s to Riches stars Sharelle Rosado and Maranda Johnson are deep into the conversation about Maranda's rapping career as episode 5 pans out for the viewers. The Allure Realty realtors were going to meet the possible investors from LPT as Sharelle is looking forward to a merger.

The camera shifts from the dinner table to a gynecologist's clinic where former retired Boxer Andre Berto and his wife Porsha Berto went to explore her options about "home birth". The real estate agent, Porsha Berto, confesses feeling left out because of her pregnancy but expresses that "she loves to be pregnant".

Another highlight of the episode was Alure Realty and LPT's merger party, where all the realtors of Allure Realty, their friends, and family joined the celebration. Sharelle took the opportunity to invite a few friends with whom she had a recent fallout. But the as party wrapped, apologies and drink flowed in the right direction.

The episode of W.A.G.s to Riches wrapped up on a tense note, where Sharelle and former NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson struggled to negotiate their prenup agreement and hit a roadblock. Here is the official synopsis of Episode 5 of W.A.G.s to Riches:

What happened in Episode 5 of W.A.G. to Riches's debut season?

W.A.G.s to Riches is a reality TV docuseries based on the personal and professional lives of wives and girlfriends of popular celebrities from the sports and rap industry. Netflix premiered the debut season of the show on January 22, 2025, and released all the right episodes for the fans to binge.

The series features the wives of girlfriends of some of the former athletes and rappers, but the highlight of the show is their transition into being businesswomen. Sharelle Rosado, a name known from Selling Tampa is an owner of the multi-million dollar real estate firm, Allure Realty, where fellow cast members like Maranda and Porsha work.

In episode 5, Allure Realty went through a major transformation, and the cast of W.A.G.s to Riches joined Sharelle and other realtors to toast to the moment. Sharelle took center stage to thank everybody and remarked how special the day was. She said:

"It's not a lot of time where you an have two great businesses merge for even more greatness. And today, we have made the decision to partner Allure Realty with LPT."

W.A.G.s to Riches star Sharelle also took the opportunity to apologize to Stoni for her behavior. Sade and Stoni both admitted to Porsha that they did not want tension in the group and were happy that Sharelle invited them.

The spotlight then shifts from the launch party to Sharelle and Chad's meeting with attorneys. They both came dressed for the occasion and were soon joined by their attorneys to chime in on their prenup agreement before their marriage. Sharelle came with some clear-cut clauses that were not deemed for by Chad and his attorney.

The talk started with an alimony amount settlement, which was proposed to be $3 million a year paid on the wedding anniversary, by Sharelle's attorney. However, Chad's attorney countered and proposed $15000 a month. They decided to waive the alimony and jumped on to talk about percent in business.

That was when they hit a bone of contention. Sharelle wanted a 25% share of Chad's business while Chad proposed to have a 1% share in the business. The couple came to a point where the possibility of marriage was questioned and the episode wrapped up at a cliffhanger.
