The Circle Season 7 Episode 9 aired on Netflix on September 25, 2024, and revealed that the most recent blocked contestant was Darian. It happened after the players Madelyn and Kevin discussed targeting Darian for the upcoming "Circle blocking."
As a result, Kevin, who became an "influencer" along with Gianna (played by twins Nicky and JoJo), agreed to block Darian from the show. Fans were unhappy about seeing such gameplay among fellow participants.

The Circle Season 7 Episode 9: Darian's elimination explored
The ninth episode of the Netflix show featured "influencers" Kevin and Gianna, aka Nicky and JoJo, deciding whom to "block." Despite Kevin's earlier claim to be Darian's "ally," he suggested blocking Darian, as he had formed a strong bond with fellow participant Jadejha.
On the other hand, before becoming the "influencer," Kevin had a private chat with Madelyn. She decided to "stir the pot" and shared lies about Darian by mentioning him as a "liar" and "disloyal" to Kevin.
After learning such things from Madelyn, Kevin trusted her and backstabbed Darian. As a result, after coming to "power" along with Gianna, Kevin eventually nominated Darian. Later in the episode, Gianna shared their decision with everyone through "The Circle chat" about blocking Darian.
"After fighting tooth and nail, a decision has been made. It wasn't an agreement. The player that has been blocked from The Circle is…Darian."
Gianna, played by the Scarlotta twins, mentioned it wasn't "an agreement" in the chat. It was because Kevin suggested blocking Darian, not her. However, after becoming an "influencer" and being in alliance with each other, Gianna eventually chose Darian as the player to be "blocked."
Seeing Kevin suggest "backstabbing" his ally Darian, as he has been doing since the show's beginning, fans were not happy about it. They shared their views on social media and criticized The Circle stars Kevin and Madelyn.
