"Try and align your frequencies": Love is Blind Sweden star Niklas advises Alicia about her relationship with Oscar

The seventh episode of Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 premiered on March 20, 2025. The episode featured one of the engaged participants, Alicia, asking fellow participants Niklas and Ola for their advice. She wanted to know about her boyfriend/ fiance, Oscar.

Listening to Alicia seeking advice, Ola laughed at first while Niklas said it was "hard." However, the Love is Blind Sweden star shared his thoughts about the situation between Alicia and Oscar. He suggested a few ways to have a better relationship, even though both had their energies at different levels.

"It's hard to give advice. It's hard to know- - No, but what I'm saying and what I've told Oscar is that I think there's a lot of love there. And I think it's not just coming from you. It's from both sides. And it sounds a little out there, but you need to, like, try and align your frequencies," said Niklas.

Love is Blind Sweden Season 2 Episode 7: Alicia seeks advice from Ola and Niklas about her "boyfriend" Oscar

The seventh episode of Love is Blind Sweden featured participants enjoying their time with the rest of the participants. While some sat in the sun, some enjoyed drinks, and some preferred to be in the water and chat with fellow participants.

One such group of three, Alicia, Niklas, and Ola, were in the hot tub having casual conversations. While enjoying drinks, Alicia asked the male cast members about her boyfriend/ fiance, Oscar.

"Okay Ola, you know my boyfriend very well. Any advice?" she asked

Earlier in the social experiment, fans witnessed Alicia getting engaged to Oscar and advancing to the show's next phase. However, the couple faced issues as she wanted to stay "physically close" to Oscar, and he didn't want the same.

Listening to her seeking advice, Ola laughed at first.

"You both know the situation, so hit me," Alicia added.

Love is Blind Sweden star Niklas addressed the issue, starting with how there was a "lot of love" between Alicia and Oscar. However, the issue was from both sides. He advised the female cast member to try and "align" her frequencies with Oscar.

Sharing more about the "frequencies," Niklas added:

"It seems like they're on different levels, not in terms of energy, but you're at different - - I mean he's very calm. And from what I'm seeing, you're more energetic, like me. What you need to do is find a compromise without losing a sense of who you are. So how do you get there? That's a- - that's a really good question."

As Niklas shared his thoughts and tried to help Alicia with her issue, a speed boat approached the venue. While Alicia was "getting nervous," her former pod connection, Tim stepped off the boat.

The participants met Tim and Nicke while Alicia confessed her true feelings to Karolina. She admitted how Tim was "totally" her type. She referred to Oscar and Tim as "typical Alicia boys."
