Tracker Season 2 Episode 18 saw Colter reaching Michigan to investigate the disappearance of a young girl whom the police did not make their priority. The missing girl was named Riley, and she was the daughter of Susanna Adam. Unfortunately, Susanna’s concern for her daughter was pushed aside by the law enforcement officers as over-the-top concern of a mother.

It is also revealed that despite having quite a successful career as a model in New York, Riley had suddenly decided to drop everything and come back to their small town. This had naturally made Susanna suspicious, but she remained unsuccessful in knowing the reason behind Riley’s decision, as she never opened up to her.

Eventually Colter takes up the case, and more shocking revelations follow. Let us now explore in detail what happened in Tracker Season 2 Episode 18 and if Colter was successful in finding Riley.

The following article contains spoilers.

Riley was pregnant and was stalked by Cheryl in Tracker Season 2 Episode 18

After Colter takes up Riley’s case, he meets Detective Katie Douglas, who helps him to get Riley’s case registered as a critical one. Colter also meets Cheryl Davies, who claimed to be Riley’s best friend. With her help, Colter checks Riley’s locker, where he finds a note that seems to be coming from a creepy stalker.

Cheryl informs Colter that since Riley used to be a model, she did have a bunch of crazy fans who often bothered her. However, she also mentioned that over time, such behaviors eventually came to an end. When Colter made some investigation on his own in this regard, he came across Vincent Rourke, who appeared to be someone with money who also bothered Riley.

When confronted by Colter, Vincent tells him that he would never hurt Riley at such a time as she was pregnant with his child. Since she was not sure of whether to keep the child or not, she did not take financial help from Vincent. While this information was not known to anyone and was also the reason behind Riley coming back from New York, Cheryl seemed to be aware of it.

This, along with Vincent telling Colter that someone had smashed up Riley’s car, makes Colter realize that the stalker he had been thinking of was Cheryl all along. She was not Riley’s best friend and only pretended to be so. When Colter and Detective Katie Douglas reach Cheryl’s house, they not only find Riley’s smashed car and mobile phone, but they also find Cheryl to be dead.

Colter rescues Riley from Tyler Harper and his wife in Tracker Season 2 Episode 18

Cheryl’s death, which was made to look like a suicide, makes Colter realize that she was killed and that meant there was another stalker at play. This other stalker had most likely gotten hold of Riley. After doing some investigation based on Cheryl's phone and her last location, Colter discovered Tyler Harper and his wife, Monica.

It is then revealed that the couple had suffered two miscarriages and also lost their money while undergoing the IVF process. Moreover, since Tyler had a criminal record, the couple also found it difficult to adopt a child. Since Riley was pregnant and also unsure about carrying the pregnancy forward, the Harpers saw an opportunity to become parents through her.

After derailing Tyler’s attempts to misguide the police, Colter again goes to their house and finally finds Monica with an unconscious Riley. While Monica threatens to hurt Riley, Colter understands that she would never do so because Riley is her last chance at having a child. Keeping this in mind, Colter successfully rescues Riley.

After having gone through so much because of her baby, Riley realizes that she does want to go ahead with her pregnancy. Her mother also supports her decision, and things end well for the two with Colter successfully solving yet another case.
