What to expect from Tracker Season 2 Episode 11?

The upcoming episode is titled Shades of Gray and will showcase Colter being contacted by a rich businesswoman whose son has been kidnapped. However, as he investigates the case, he finds himself involved in a mafia war. The official logline for the episode reads:

“While tracking the son of a prominent New Jersey cupcake chain founder, Colter gets thrust into the middle of a violent mafia war.”

CBS has also released a preview of the episode, which shows Colter telling the cupcake chain founder that he would do anything he can to find her son. But he gets into trouble as two men from the mafia kidnap and attack him.

What happened in the previous episode of Tracker Season 2?

The previous episode, titled Nightingale, revolved around the kidnapping of a singer named Angie. During her performance at a bar, a suspicious fan was seen hanging around, who followed her after she left the bar.

Colter Shaw then got to know about her kidnapping from Velma. Though there was a $50,000 reward, the case seemed to be too dangerous as three men who had heard Angie scream were found dead. There was only one survivor, who identified a security guard named Benjamin Kinderson as the suspect.

Interestingly. Ben was also a survivalist, like the lead. Colter visited Ben’s grandmother, Ava, who insisted her grandson was not a killer. She told him that a biker gang sought revenge on Ben and might have been involved in the kidnapping. Colter then reached a bar where he got into a fight with the bikers.

He eventually tracked Ben into the woods, where he saw traps and strange carvings. Ben then knocked him out. However, when he woke up, he found Angie, who told him that Ben had actually saved her. She had seen the bikers kill a cop, who was an informant.

Since the sheriff and bikers were covering things up, Colter and Ben worked together to steal security footage to gather evidence. In the end, the bikers turned on each other, and Colter made sure justice was served.
