7) Spookyfish
Season 2, Episode 15
In this episode, Stan, Kyle, and Cartman are sent on a wild adventure, thanks to Stan's Aunt Flo, who makes a comical visit with some unusual gifts that result in chaos. She gifted Shely a cool sound system, while Stan received a strange fish with weird eyes. The situation becomes even more comical and weird when a different version of Cartman shows up.
As the episodes progresses, the boys discover that Stan's fish isn't a normal and is actually a murderer. This adds to the creepy narrative of the story as the boys enter a new dimension after visiting a pet shop. In the new dimension, they encounter dangerous situations and pets.
As their spooky journey comes to an end, the boys have to make a final decision about whether they should keep the friendly version of Cartman or bring back the real one. The episode also features jokes about Aunt Flo and even had actress and singer Barbra Streisand’s face on-screen during the episode run.
6) The Scoots
Season 22, Episode 5
From its airdate to its story, The Scoots remains a memorable episode from Season 22 of South Park. Released on Halloween, this episode follows the boys determined to gather as many candies as they can. So, they use e-scooters to cover most of the group and complete their quest in time.
However, nobody knows from where those e-scooters emerged. This mystery leads Mr. Mackey to lose his mind, followed by the townspeople finding it hard to keep up with the boys' efficacy of collecting candies. The episode ends after featuring notable Halloween themes while ensuring the iconic comedic touch.
5) Night of the Living Homeless
Season 11, Episode 7
How would you react if a small $20 donation results in a shocking wave of homeless people? This is exactly what happens when Kyle donates the same amount, and their fictional town of South Park sees a wave of homeless individuals as zombies. What makes this even more humorous is that these zombies chant "change" unlike typical zombies who demand brains.
After witnessing the spooky situation in the town, the president made a group and moved to a safer place. However, Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny had to face numerous challenges as they were on a mission to rescue their parents. The episode is filled with zombies and an eerie atmosphere in the town, which makes it an episode you can watch during Halloween.
4) Korn’s Groovy Ghost Pirate Mystery
Season 3, Episode 10
This South Park episode begins with Cartman's excitement for Christmas gifts while Stan, Kyle, and Kenny plan to scare 5th graders with a spooky plan. The boy's plan goes beyond a normal prank as they decide to dig Kyle's grandmother's grave to send chills among the students.
Meanwhile, the rock band Korn is set for a Halloween concert in South Park, but they are stopped by ghost pirates. This results in the cancellation of the awaited concert, but the band and the boys don't give up and stand together against the problems.
What makes this episode special is how Korn is featured in Scooby-Doo style with quirkiness and awkward dialogue. As the episode comes to an end, Korn solves the mystery about the ghost pirates, giving fans a nostalgic hit.
3) Pinkeye
Season 1, Episode 7
This episode might be very old, but worth watching. Coming straight for the first season of South Park, Pinkeye focuses on how Kenny's plan for Halloween is cut short. This happens after he's crushed by the Mir Space Station falling from orbit and taken to a morgue. The situation goes wrong when a bottle of Worcestershire sauce gets into his fluid and transforms him into a zombie.
After being zombified, Kenny starts biting others and turning them into zombies. What makes this system horribly funny is that the residents thought it was just the pinkeye case, but later, they encounter a zombie outbreak in the town.
As usual, the boys have to jump into action before this zombie outbreak ruins their Halloween celebration. This episode was a hit; it was the animated show's first Halloween special, featuring a classic zombie narrative with a unique twist.

The episode becomes even more hilarious when Satan dresses up like Britney Spears from her music video Baby One More Time. The episode comes to amend as the devil then sees his birthday cake and is disappointed.
