Leftovers is an American supernatural drama television series created by Damon Lindelof and Tom Perrotta. It airs on HBO; the show deals with a small New York community's struggle to fight the unexplainable disappearance of a certain percentage of the world's population, termed "the Sudden Departure." It is about what happens to people three years after the inexplicable event occurred.
