Tournament of Champions 6 premiered its final episode on April 20, 2025, on Food Network. The reality show witnessed an epic win by the fifth season's runner-up, Chef Antonia Lofaso. The female chef has participated in the show for all five previous seasons.
Despite being on Tournament of Champions multiple times, Antonia was determined to win during the sixth season finale. Being a part of the semi-final challenge on the Food Network show, Chef Antonia Lofaso confessed to the cameras:
"Honestly, like...I can't believe that I'm back here. It took me almost a year to recover from last year. Losing by one point. It was just so...hard. This is mine now. I am not letting anyone take this away from me."

As the fifth season runner-up entered, show host Guy Fieri mentioned the chefs against whom Antonia had won. It included Chef Maria Maison, Chef Roco, and Kevin Lee.
Antonia confessed to the cameras and mentioned that since the past five, and now the sixth season, she went from "highs to lows" and again, she was in the final four.
"Six seasons of this, I went from like highs to lows, now here in the final four again it's like this is like a roller coaster of Tournament of Champions," she said.

The semi-final challenge between Antonia and Britt resulted in a tie. Both of them received 82 points from the judges. The points were divided between different categories, including taste, randomizer, and presentation. Because it was a tie in the total points, "taste" was the category that worked as the tie breaker.
Antonia's scores included 41 points for taste, 33 points for randomizer, and 8 points for presentation. On the other hand, Britt had 40 points for taste, 33 points for randomizer, and 9 points for presentation. With one point difference, Antonia won the challenge from the taste category and advanced to the finale.
Tournament of Champions 6 host Guy Fieri announced that Antonia was returning to the finale, which the audience cheered. After the female chef went backstage, she confessed that the competition against Britt was "close."
"Okay, that was close. I would just like to say I want to celebrate, but that was really close. I mean, here's the thing. I was not coming back. This feels like full vindication. I did it."
Chef Antonia said she was "warmed up" and ready for the finale.
