Too Hot to Handle: Germany season 2 episode 7 recap - Laurenz and Leonidas explored their emotions
Pierre and Salem had arranged for an emotional workshop for the men on Too Hot to Handle: Germany. Their goal was to make each male contestant understand and acknowledge the concept of trust when forming a connection with someone. They said that it is the most important aspect of a relationship.
Soon enough, Laurenz took the first step and laid out his issue. He says that security is what makes him vulnerable when figuring out a relationship with a woman. He claims to feel "afraid that someone will come along and steal" his partner due to better looks, humor or even money.
Laurenz is currently paired with Brenda who he thinks is very confident. This has often made him doubt his worth. Salem, after hearing his thoughts, comforted Laurenz verbally and said that it is okay for him to feel these emotions but he needs to trust his heart more.
Then Leonidas talked about his feelings, where he expressed having difficulty with being emotionally attached. He reveals that he has never been in love with anyone, and women have pointed out that he has been "cold" to them.
Trying to understand why he is this way, Leonidas said that his past experiences have shaped this thought process.
Whenever he has tried to support someone, his feelings were never reciprocated. That has led to his trust issues. This made him visibly emotional and all the other men came forward to comfort him.
