"It's like a step-by-step guide and so many of you have written me and said that you have used it, you underline it, you highlight it. It's next to your bed and that it's been really helpful for you. So I hope that you read it if you want to do any of those things and also pay it forward for me really because I gave you all of my tips, tricks & secrets in it."
