Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary took to Instagram to talk about physical appearance and health. Labeling the video, Kevin wrote: "Stop neglecting your health and appearance."

Kevin O'Leary often shares motivational and business tips on his personal social media accounts, and also discusses topics of geopolitical concerns. However, this time, he has addresses outer appearances and asked his followers to pay attention to their health.

Discussing sunscreens and sleep, Shark Tank investor Kevin says that nobody should avoid Vitamin D, and make sure to apply SPF. These are things one should start thinking about in their "early 20s," he noted. Sharing his thoughts on the matter, Kevin said,

"Think about your skin. What's it gonna look like when you are 50 and 60 years old?"

Highlighting the importance of taking care of one's health, Kevin wrote in the caption of his video post:

"Take care of your body, and it will take care of you."

Fans in the comments agreed with his point of view and many claimed that "wealth without health is like building a house without a solid foundation."

According to Shark Tank investor Kevin, the appearance and health of a person are very important and should be on their mind early on in their lives. He advised his followers to have sunscreen on and only then "get baked in the sun." Kevin said:

"Your appearance, how you look, how other people see you. You should start worrying about your appearance when you're in your early 20s. Do you get enough sleep? Do you stay out of the sun? I'm not saying you shouldn't get Vitamin D, but if you're gonna get baked in the sun, put on a sunscreen."

Kevin is quite active on his social media where he often talks about personal finance and business. He recently announced that he and Frank McCourt would be building their own AI Data Center.

The center will be built in Alberta, Canada. Explaining why he chose that location, Kevin said that elsewhere, it was hard to get enough power to run a data center, adding that only a few locations are available that supply power at a low cost.

Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary also supports the new AI project the Donald Trump administration has signed on, saying that this is what the future will look like.

About his AI Center in Canada, Kevin's caption describes it as:

"The largest data center on Earth at the lowest cost of energy."

In another Instagram post, Kevin shared information about crypto and its technology. With the Trump Administration assuming office, he thinks that the President will now introduce new rules to regulate the same because investors and big players in the industry do not want to put their money where they think it is unsafe.

Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary explained this was the reason why there is an accumulation of wealth in the Middle East, because of how they have regulations and rules for crypto. He says something similar should exist in the US.

Previously, Kevin has actively advocated for buying TikTok's algorithm after the app was about to go dark in the US. He offered $20 billion for the same in a collective offer with Frank McCourt.

Shark Tank airs weekly on ABC at 8 PM Eastern Time on Fridays.
