There is already some buzz around Season 3! This is what Scott M. Gimple, the executive producer recently had to say:

What is the plot of Daryl Dixon Season 2?

Season 2 continues the action right from where The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon ended, driving the saga of fan-favorite Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) and Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) as they engage with past traumas—Carol on a quest to find her friend and Daryl grappling with his decision about whether he's staying in France, causing tension at Nest.

Meanwhile, Genet gambits to escalate her movement, forcing Pouvoir into a brutal clash with the Union of Hope as the fight for France's future accelerates.

The first season ended with Daryl fighting off walkers on the beaches of Normandy where he was supposed to board a boat back to America. Instead, Season 2 finds him stuck in France. The big question is: Will Carol be the one bringing him home, or will Isabelle and Laurent give him reasons to stay in France?

The teaser is dominated by Carol in rough situations, including a close shot where she sits in a car surrounded by Walkers. The next scene shows blood splattered on the windshield of the car while Carol fights off the Walkers.

Daryl also pops up briefly with one scene on his motorcycle, and the other depicting him stepping into a room with a gun ready at his side.
