With The Voice Season 26 officially wrapped, the team is already gearing up for the next. New coaches, fresh talent, and exciting twists are all on the horizon. However, one thing that remains the same is the fans' beloved host, Carson Daly.

On Dec 10, 2024, Sofronio Vasquez was crowned as the winner of season 26. This win was also monumental for this season's first-time coach, Michael Bublé, as his team nabbed the top two spots. Finalist Shye from his team became the runner-up for this season.

Even before season 26 came to a solid end, the producers announced season 27, set to kick start on Feb 3, 2025. The new season will bring back some familiar faces and first-timers. The judges' panel includes Michael Bublé, Adam Levine, and John Legend. Kelsea Ballerini will be making her debut as the first-time coach this season.

The Voice Season 27 Host

All the fans of The Voice know Carson Daly pretty well. Since the inauguration season of the show, from the show's format to its coaches, things have kept changing, barring him. Carson's stage presence and his signature hosting style have made him a permanent fixture on the show.

He was born in Santa Monica, California, in 1973. Since 1991, he has worked as a radio personality, producer, and American TV host. He began his career with a radio station called KOME in California. He then got hired by MTV for their summer program, Motel California. Ever since, his career took off.

He moved to New York when MTV hired him in 1997 as a permanent video jockey. He hosted his first TV show, TRL, from 1998 to 2003. In between this, he shook hands with NBC and appeared on Last Call with Carson Daly. Later that year, he hosted New Year's Eve with Carson Daly for the channel. It was back in 2011 when Carson was approached to host NBC's singing competition, The Voice, and the rest is history. In 2013, he also joined Today as Orange Room Anchor.

In addition to all this, Daly has also made appearances in a couple of shows, including My Name is Earl and Chappelle's Show. Daly has also won 4 Emmy awards in 2013, 2015, 2016, & 2017 for Outstanding Reality-Competition Program.
