The two-day finale of The Voice aired on Dec 9 and Dec 10 on NBC. On Day 1, the final five (Danny Joseph, Sofronio Vasquez, Shye, Sydney Sterlace, and Jeremy Boloate) performed their last two performances of the season. Each one of them set the stage of fire for one last time. However, it wasn't until day 2 that the world got its new winner.

America has spoken and Sofronio Vasquez, a 31-year-old rockstar from the Phillippines takes home the big win. He successfully banked the huge win for Team Bublé, marking The Voice coach Michael Bublé's first-ever triumph.
Team Bublé banked another win as Shye secured up in second place. The two finalists shared a nail-biting moment on stage with their mentor Michael.
Team Gwen's Sydney Sterlace rounded out the top three, while Danny Joseph from Team Reba claimed fourth place.
Uncle Snoop landed in fifth place with his finalist Jeremy Boloate, closing The Voice Season 26.
As the results went out, fans worldwide shared mixed emotions on social media platforms.

Special appearances on The Voice Season 26
This season's finale of The Voice was aired in two parts, One went live on Dec 9, where the final five got on stage to give their last performances of the season.
Following day 1, part 2 of the grand finale began with the finalists and other top 3 artists from the top 8, including Adam Bohanan, Jan Dan, and Christina Eagle performing Defying Gravity. This performance was a tribute to the film "Wicked."
As the episode progressed, several celebrities and former coaches made special appearances to make the live finale a memorable night. Dan + Shay, former coaches from season 25 performed It's Officially Christmas to spread the holiday spirit. Another holiday special performance was done by former coach Kelly with her own song You for Christmas.
Myles Smith also made his debut on the show and performed his hit song Stargazing. Next in the spotlight was season 24 winner, Huntley. He made his return with his solo of Skyline Drive. The Voice season 26 finale also welcomed Riley Green and Ella Langlet with their duet on Don't Mind If I Do.
The highlight of this episode was Snoop's collaboration with Sting to turn up the heat with Another Part of Me. The renowned band Tears of Fears also got on stage to perform two of their hits, Everybody Wants to Rule the World and The Girl That I Call Home.
Finally, season 25th champion, Asher HaVon dedicated his performance of Thank You to his coach from the last season, Reba.

The finale also included finalists pairing with their mentors for their duet. Sydney and coach, Gwen sang Wild World. Jeremy and Snoopy picked (Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay as a tribute to their brotherhood.
Michael Bublé performed twice representing the two finalists from his team. With Shye, he picked Something Stupid. With the (now winner) Philliphino star, Sofronio, Michale picked Who's Lovin' You for their duet.
Reba got on stage with Team Reba's Danny Joseph to hit the roof with their duet on You Don't Know Me.
