Engaged couple Mariah and Caleb shared that they were still engaged. They went on a road trip to the West Coast and visited various places. They also talked about the wedding with chefs, videographers, and others.
"We're hoping it to be a destination wedding, summer of 2026," shared Mariah.
Fellow cast member Aria accused Caleb of "giving off mixed signals" and said his relationship with Mariah was "fake."

Aria revealed that she and Scotty were no longer together. She mentioned making a mistake, so they didn't move on together.
"And I just feel like our biggest issue continued to go on. It's just the way we have conflict," shared Aria.
When the female host Vanessa asked when she broke off the engagement, after thinking it was a "mistake," Aria said, "A day later." However, the couple was still in a relationship even after breaking off the engagement.
On the other hand, Scotty revealed that despite getting the couples therapy, the problem was that it wasn't "on" Aria's time. The female cast member also revealed losing her grandma and having a miscarriage.

Show host Nick Lachey referred to J.R. as fitness kind and Zaina as toxic positivity queen. J.R. mentioned that Zaina wanted to get back together and "ignore" the whole experience. The female cast member shared that they moved out across the street and were still talking on the phone.
"We were in this, like, gray area, and then I asked, I'm like, "What are we doing? Are we single? Are we together?" "How would you describe it?" He was like,"I need time to process what happened on the show."
Later in the reunion, the episode featured unseen clips from the dating week. The clip contained J.R. during both of his trial marriage weeks, during which he could be seen sharing intimate details with the female cast members.
After witnessing it, Zaina shared:
"Y'all, when I say The Ultimatum saved me from making the worst decision of my life, I am so grateful for this show."

The hosts welcomed one of the couples leaving the show mid-way, Vanessa and Dave. When asked why they left the show, Vanessa shared that her trial marriage with Nick was not "comfortable."
"I tried to comfort you, and be a listener, and just take it all in. And also, I even specifically asked you, like, do you want advice?...And you weren't very receptive of what I was giving, even though I asked you first," shared Vanessa about Nick.
Dave referred to his and Vanessa's experience as "enlightening."

Nick shared how their "ultimatum" discussion from the show's finale went, and Sandy refused to be with him. He also shared about drinking a lot and how Sandy helped him with his recovery. Sandy revealed that she and Nick got the answers they sought in the experiment.
"I'm really exhausted with my relationship with Nick," shared Sandy.
Nick revealed that he was seeing someone, while J.R. mentioned he was working on "some demons" that he had in the past and getting therapy.
The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On Season 3 Reunion ended with Zaina sharing that she has been out on dates and exploring. She also shared that she froze her eggs on her 33rd birthday.
