Despite appearing only once, Titan made a tremendous impression on the fans. Voiced by Mahershala Ali, the character is introduced as an enforcer for the mob boss Machine Head. While he doesn't like working for Machine Head, he works for the mob boss to feed his family. What makes Titan worthy of this list isn't his strength but his cunning nature.

It is to be noted that when Tttan will be a mob boss himself in the third season, after replacing Machine Head in the fifth episode of Invincible Season 1. To do so, he manipulated Mark into teaming up with him to take on Machine Head, who had hired some villains as security, anticipating Titan's betrayal. One of those villains is Batte Beast who defeats the heroes. Moreover, a defeated Mark is abandoned by Titan too.

Atom Eve can manipulate matter. So, there might be no limit to her superpowers. With her powers, she can either transform a sandwich into a burger or fly and shield herself and her allies from danger. Furthermore, she uses her powers to repair destroyed neighborhoods in Invincible Season 2. Thus, Atom Eve's powers can be used for more than just combat.

Mark Grayson

Mark Grayson has been beaten to a pulp countless throughout the Prime Video animated series. But despite all the brutal beatdowns, Mark still dons the suit to help people. And as the first episode of season 3 suggests, Mark has grown stronger than he was in the previous season. Despite the crushing defeats, the fact that Mark can take on different powerful species proves that he is getting stronger.

Allen

Allen is brutally attacked in season 2, episode 3, "This Missive, This Machination!" by two Viltrumtes who want to learn about Earth, Nolan, and Mark. That attack ends with Allen on life support. He comes back but stronger than he was thanks to Thaedus, who is a Viltrumite rebel secretly. This strength lets him withstand Viltrumite attacks.

One of the most controversial characters in the comics, Anissa made her debut in the seventh episode of season 2 "I'm Not Going Anywhere". despite her short time in the animated series, she has made an impression of her strength on Mark and Cecil. She also brutally defeated Mark in her fight against the hero, after helping him save a cruise.

However, she may also have some weaknesses, as Allen made her bleed with a punch in the same episode.

Omni-Man

The main antagonist of the first season, Omni-Man spends the second and the first four episodes of the third season regretting his actions. After being captured and imprisoned in season 2 episode 4, "It's Been a While", Omni-Man is imprisoned inside a ship where he is scheduled to be executed after recovery. He has accepted his fate but is sprung into action in the latest episode to save Allen.

Other than the ones above, it should also be noted that heroes like Rae, Monster Girl, and Rexplode are also powerful. Rex especially is a surprise because he can survive a point-blank headshot.
