ABC's The Rookie, Season 7 Episode 14 delivered an exciting episode, which brought problems for Nolan and Bailey.
In Episode 5, Bailey used the help of a hitman, Malvado, to kill her ex-husband Jason. While this briefly caused problems in her relationship with Nolan, the couple was finally able to put the past behind them.
But it came knocking back in the recent episode, where Tim is listed as a target on a hitman-for-hire website, and the LAPD searches for Malvado.

The Rookie Season 7 Episode 14 recap: Malvado is shot by Angela
The Rookie Season 7 Episode 14 began with Tim receiving an anonymous tip that he is listed as one of the targets on the dark web, a website where people hire hitmen. Tim is assisted by Laura, and together, they search the website, which is a place where people hire hitmen to take out various targets.
As Tim and Nolan are about to close on hitmen, they start to drop dead like flies, and they learn that the killings are linked to Malvado, who is using the website to get jobs. The duo tracked him down to a golf course, but Nolan is threatened that Malvado's arrest would eventually expose Bailey's secret.
When it looks like Malvado would defeat Nolan and Tim, Angela intervenes and takes out the hitmen by shooting them in the chest, and the hitmen die, and Bailey is let off the hook, probably forever.
The Rookie Season 7 Episode 14 recap: Celina and Lucy work a missing woman's case
Lucy encounters a podcaster, Heather, who announces that she will cover Celina's sister's death for the next episode. This frustrates Celina, who does not want people like Heather making money out of her sister's death.
While the duo goes to confront Heather, they meet a woman who reports her young and pregnant sister Aria missing. She tells them how Aria, 21 years old, got herself pregnant against their parents' wishes, and it looks like she has run away.
Celina and Lucy finally locate Aria with an old woman named Greta, who claims to help pregnant women deliver their child and get back on their feet. When Celina arrives at Greta's place, she suspects something is wrong, but before she can act, Greta pushes her into the basement, where she finds that the woman has tied Aria and wants to keep her baby for herself.
Thankfully, Lucy arrives on the scene with backup, just as Greta was about to stab Aria's baby. Lucy shoots Greta as Celina saves Aria and reunites her with her baby and family.
The Rookie Season 7 Episode 14: LAPD makes new reforms in rookie training
The Rookie Season 7 Episode 14 also saw the LAPD trying to implement new training reforms after Tim and Nolan learned from Miles that their rookie training videos are outdated.
They agree that it's high time the department took action, and finally, Tim agrees to star in new training videos and help Miles, but on one condition: Miles will help the team in their football match against LAFD.
Miles reluctantly agrees, and the LAPD wins the football match, thanks to Cooper Manning's coaching.
