What was The Rookie Season 7 Episode 12 about?

The previous episode of The Rookie, titled April Fools, was an eventful episode for many characters as Lucy secretly got to spend time with Tim. However, her roommate, Selena, caught on to it quickly but promised Lucy she wouldn’t tell anyone.

Elsewhere, Tim was struggling with the newly hired social media intern who was making LAPD’s life more challenging by posting fake promises to the public from their social media account, which the LAPD were unable to deliver. Even after Tim tries to talk to her and tell her this isn’t the right way to work, the intern didn’t listen and, as a result, was fired.

Later, to take revenge on the LAPD, she posted a prank from their social media account that all the crimes in the city would be legal for three hours, which caused chaos all around LA.

Meanwhile, John was assigned a new rookie, Connor Craig, who he thought was barely trained as he wasn't the best at his job. However, Craig had previously trained under Sergeant McAdams for a year, which made everyone believe that Craig was good as McAdams never complained about his rookie and he was one of the best cops in the LAPD.

The intense drama and character storylines of the new season have kept fans hooked since the premiere and are sure to maintain it till the end as the finale is near.
