To prevent the worshiper's hands from getting chapped while praying, Jesse suggests stocking the pods up with lotions. However, in a hilarious turn of events, the prayer pods become a hotspot of masturbation, leading to mass returns.

Talking about the Devil leads us to recall another hilarious incident that occurred in episode 3, which was also the highlight of the episode-- Keefe's bizarre monologue about the Devil's urine in which he explains how it initially tastes disgusting and plays "tricks on us" and then tempts us by seeming desirable.

Kelvin also won an honor for his success in Prism, another business he is associated with, and got nominated for Top Christ following Man of the Year. The honor that no one in the family has ever received but only dreamt of, in The Righteous Gemstones.

How does Season 4 episode 3 of The Righteous Gemstones end?

Corey on the other hand introduces a concept of "ripping" for the family's fun pastime which is basically roasting each other out of affection. Corey calls his wife's dress "dumb" and laughs it off. This showcases the family's dysfunctional emotional dynamics and a love language that is based on hurting feelings in the guise of laughter.

By the end of the episode in The Righteous Gemstones, the family organizes a service and Jesse gives a sales pitch about their ministry. The scene depicts the hypocrisy of everyone in the family-- preaching good but committing evil. His words are juxtaposed with visuals depicting a contrasting story. It is something similar to how the Devil's urine seems attractive in the beginning despite its true nature.
