The Real Housewives of Potomac aired season 9, episode 8 on November 24, and it peeled new layers of drama, confrontations, and disagreements. The episode mainly focused on one of the cast members, Mia Thorton, and the fathers of her children, Inc. and Gordon.
The show debuted its new season on October 6, and ever since, nine episodes have gone live on Bravo for fans on binge. The show follows the lives of gorgeous, bold women who go through their everyday lives. From romantic relationships to unbreakable friendships, court dates to workout sessions, the camera leaves nothing unseen.
This season welcomes all OG wives, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, Karen Huger, Wendy Osefo, Keiarna Stewart, and Mia Thornton. The show also welcomes a new housewife around the corner, Stacey Rusch, Jassi Rideaux, and Jacqueline Blake.
The Real Housewives of Potomac: Mia gets questioned about Inc and Gordan in season 9 episode 8
The episode kicked off with Jazelle and Ashley doing another GNA event where the group is seen with Mia while she sheds some tears. Mia talks about the fight between Gordan and Inc. last week.
She talks about how the whole conversation with Gordan made her feel bad as he calls the couple (Mia and Inc) adulterers and talks about her abortion in front of the world. She even told the group that Inc is ready to remove himself from the situation to improve things for her.
Later in the episode, the group is seen at Wendy's 40th birthday party, where everyone seems to be conversing about the love triangle Mia is in.
Gordan's birthday party on The Real Housewives of Potomac
At a gorgeous white-colored theme boat party, the entire group gathers around a table, and the conversation starts as Jazelle questions Mia about her post on social media where the Thorton family, Gordan and Inc., were hanging out. Mia posted this picture after the group conversation at the GNA event.
When the group started calling Mia 'a liar' about the fight, she revealed,
"I have been married before. The fathers of my kids can get along."
This came as a surprise to a few ladies from The Real Housewives of Potomac.
This is when Mia's friend Jacqueline takes over the conversation, defending her,
"So...Gordan...he is okay with it for like 5 minutes but the other 20 minutes he is miserable saying he doesn't want him [Inc] there, he wants him gone."
Jazelle from The Real Housewives of Potomac again referred back to the GNA event, and this frustrated Mia further,
"I think it's really interesting that we are at a birthday celebration and of course, Jazelle has to make it about critiquing and nit-picking. It's just nasty. I don't like it. I am getting frustrated."
Another cast member of The Real Housewives of Potomac commented,
I think basically right now, Mia is really trying to be the glue that holds this together. Makin' it work for the kids, makin' it work for the men, still have your own piece of happiness. But that's really a little bit irresponsible. We know that that's not feasible.
