The Real Housewives of New York City dropped another episode on this Tuesday, exclusively on Bravo TV. The ladies joined each other for a fun, easy-going "pigeon-themed" picnic planned by Ubah. However, the picnic became a topic of discussion about the "prank" that Erin and Rebecca played on the housewives in the recent episode.
Brynn who became the "leaky pigeon" and the center of the prank, started a game during the picnic, where she wanted the ladies to address a rumor and then validate it or deny it. The housewives began opening up about their take on the rumor, it was all fun and games until Racquel confronted Erin about telling prank prior about the prank.
Erin was annoyed by Racquel "for coming at her", and explained that she just revealed a part of the prank to Brynn. Later, in the episode, Erin and Jenna share some intense conversation about Erin's past, Ubah who has been trying to get pregnant visits a fertility specialist to get a second opinion on her "fibroid" issue.
Nevertheless, Erin was the highlight of the episode through other housewives's conversations as they discussed what they felt after the picnic. In the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New York City, a common sense of annoyance lingered for Erin, as the housewives were confused about the whole "Rebecca's pregnancy prank." However, as the episode progressed and the ladies went on to get busy with their day-to-day chores, the topic of discussion was still Erin somehow.
The Real Housewives of New York City episode 9 also witnessed a crucial moment for Erin as she opened up about a sensitive issue from her past. She met Jenna after the picnic party, as she felt that they both shared a stronger bond and wanted to share her load with her. She told Jenna that Glamour magazine approached her to talk about abortion rights.
Erin told Jenna that she decided to "tell her story". Jenna was proud of her and appreciated her for taking the step. The episode later featured Erin's interview with Glamour magazine where she opened up about her abortion. Erin revealed during the interview that she told her mother after a year, who was supportive. However, she mentioned that her dad does not know to date.
Later, in The Real Housewives of New York City episode 9, Erin took the plunge and confided her father about the incident. He asked her why she did not tell him before, but eventually supported her. Erin was emotional about the way her father reacted and shared during the confession:
"I don't think I realized that it weighed on me, not sharing that with him, but like, the unwavering support just honestly, like, I don't have words. I did not expect that."
