Doctors and nurses reach their limits as their shifts in The Pitt reach half-time in Episode 7.

The episode saw Dr. Robby losing his calm and lashing out at his fellow residents, and Dr. Collins called him out for it. She later faces a personal tragedy and might have a miscarriage in future episodes.

Dr. Mel proves her worth in The Pitt Episode 7, when she successfully diagnoses a patient's autism and communicates with him accordingly. The patient felt much more comfortable talking with her, which impressed Dr. Langdon.

Dr. Robby loses calm as the ER shift heads to 1:00 PM in The Pitt Episode 7

As The Pitt approaches the lunch hour of 1 PM, the ER staff is too overworked to actually have lunch, and Dr. Robby has completely lost it. While Gloria is constantly after him about hospital management, he is having constant flashbacks of Adam's death in COVID-19, which is driving him mad.

When Dr. Mohan operates on a patient, Nandi, she concludes that her psychological symptoms are not neurological in nature but because of her profession as a beauty product influencer.

When Robby loses it out on Dr. Mohan for wasting time on Nandi, Dr. Collins backs her up and argues with Robby to question a skilled doctor like Mohan. She also calls him out about carrying his baggage in the ER when he expects his staff to keep their personal lives out.


Dr. Collins is headed to a tragic fate in The Pitt Episode 7

Throughout The Pitt, only Dana knows that Dr. Collins is pregnant, and it is hinted that she might be headed to a tragic fate after she experiences stomach pains throughout the day, which she does not share with anybody.

She had a breakthrough victory with Kristi and Eloise. While Kristi doesn't want to keep the baby and wants to take the abortion pill, her mother, Eloise, wants her to have the baby.

Collins talks to Eloise and makes her realize that her daughter is more important than the unborn baby, and if she forces her, she might lose her daughter forever. The mother understands and allows her daughter to take the abortion pill.

After this victory, when Collins sits in the bathroom, she sees blood on her underwear, which hints that she might have a miscarriage in the upcoming episode.


Dr. Santos threatens a patient in The Pitt Episode 7

Dr. Santos is treating a patient, Silas, when she notices that he has enlarged breast tissues. She later finds out that his wife, Susan, has been dosing his coffee with hormone steroid progesterone to lower his s*x drive so that he would stop molesting their teenage daughter, Alana.

When she explains the situation to Robby, he insists that they cannot tell Silas and, in turn, plans to report Susan for dosing her husband.

Enraged, Santos takes matters into her own hands and goes to Silas' room and threatens him that he tries to molest his daughter again, she will take matters into her own hands and make sure that he does not leave the hospital on his own legs.
