The Pitt Season 1 Episode 15 will mark the conclusion of the intense 15-hour ER shift at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital. The show, which premiered in January this year, has garnered critical acclaim and audience love with its authentic depiction of the functioning of a hospital.
A lot has happened at the hospital in a single day, from the arrival of mass shooting victims to violence against medical staff. In the previous episode, the chaos caused by the shooting finally slowed down, but the doctors could not take a breather with more patients being admitted to the hospital.
The audience is now eagerly awaiting the release of The Pitt Season 1 Episode 15, scheduled to be released on Max on April 10, 2025. The next episode is expected to give a fitting climax to the season, while also keeping some loose threads for the second chapter.

What to expect from The Pitt Season 1 Episode 15?
The Pitt Season 1 finale is titled 9:00 P.M. and will chronicle the last hour of the ER shift of the day. However, the tragic events that happened during the day seem to be getting the better of the doctors.
The promo for Episode 15 showcases Dr. Robby having another breakdown as he tells his colleagues none of them would be able to forget this day even if they wanted to.
Meanwhile, Victoria Javadi is unsure about her future in the medical field, as she is not able to cope with the stress. At the same time, Dr. Langdon refuses to accept that he has a drug problem and has a word about it with Dana Evans.
As usual, more and more patients keep arriving in the ER while the doctors still deal with the mass shooting victims. The episode will also likely to reveal what is next for Dr. Cassie McKay, after she has been arrested for damaging her ankle monitor.
The episode is expected to conclude several plot points. However, in an interview with AVClub, Noah Wyle, who plays Dr. Robby, confirmed that the first season ends in such a way that it sets up a second installment:
“We left the window open for season two because creatively, we all feel like there’s a lot more gas in this tank.”
The show has already been confirmed for a second season, which will begin with a time jump. As per a recent statement by showrunner R. Scott Gemmill, the events of The Pitt Season 2 will take place during the Fourth of July weekend.
