What happened in The Pitt Season 1 Episode 11?
The eleventh hour in The Pitt is even more stressful for Dr. Robby and his team because of the events of the last episode with Langdon. Robby is having trouble adjusting to the fact that one of his senior team members is stealing medicines from his patients. Things come to light when Dr. Samira Mohan goes behind her back to treat an opioid patient; and Robby starts feeling that he can not trust anyone on his team anymore.
We also learn a little about Robby and Dr. Collins's prior relationship, which was hinted at in Episode 7. After Robby and Collins almost saved the day for a woman with a difficult delivery, things get a little too personal for Collins, who just had a miscarriage in the previous episodes.
Robby tries to console Collins, even offering her to leave for the day. She recalls a specific time in her past when she willingly aborted a baby because she was not ready to become a mother.
Elsewhere, Dana is still fazed about her incident with Doug and is thinking about quitting the profession for real. While Robby tries to talk her out of it, the episode hints that she might quit the hospital.
The episode's final moments saw Robby and the others getting an alert message about a mass shooting in Pittfest, hinting Robby's son and girlfriend are also in danger. The following episodes will likely cover the consequences of this message alert.
