The medical drama from The house of Max, The Pitt, has already been getting great reviews from viewers and critics. Headed by Noah Wyle as Dr. Michael "Robby" Rabinavitch, The Pitt follows doctors at a fictional hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, through 15 hours of a single day.

In its initial days, The Pitt had run into some serious controversy about it being an ER reboot. Warner Bros. was sued by ER creator Michael Crichton's widow, Sherri Crichton, as Crichton’s estate had claimed that R. Scott Gemmill, creator of The Pitt, had apparently taken an ER sequel that was never made and created The Pitt out of it.

However, the makers of The Pitt totally denied these allegations, and while the involvement of ER alum Noah Wyle made things further complicated, the actor also mentioned that despite being thematically similar to medical dramas, The Pitt was very different from ER. With 5 episodes already aired, it is quite clear that he was not wrong.

The Pitt follows a weekly release schedule with new episodes released every Thursday. Episode 6 will be no exception to this and will drop on February 6, 2025, on Max.

The Pitt Episode 6 release date and time

Episode 6 of The Pitt will drop on Max on February 6, 2025, at 9 pm (ET)/ 6 PM PT. Titled 12:00 P.M., the episode will follow Noah and other doctors as they make it through another intense hour at the busy hospital.

For international viewers, however, The Pitt is likely to stream on Sky Showcase in the UK, but there has been no official confirmation about the date or time of the same.

Being a Max original, The Pitt is available to stream only on Max. Unlike some other shows on HBO, The Pitt is not available for live TV watching, and, therefore, only a subscription to Max would allow viewers to enjoy the show as new episodes come out.
