Max’s The Pitt promises to be a fresh and authentic take on the medical drama genre. The show follows an emergency room team at the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital as they race against time to save lives.
Unlike other medical shows, which focus too much on character’s relationships and personal lives, this series delves into the stressful environment of the ER. Each episode of the show depicts one hour of the 15-hour shift of the team, leading to a realistic portrayal of the hospital's activities.
The show received critical acclaim even before its premiere, and the credit partly goes to the cast members, who have all given stellar performances. Here is all you need to know about The Pitt cast and characters.
