The marketing for the second season of The Night Agent has been slowly ramping up. On January 21, 2025, Netflix released the first eight minutes of The Night Agent's second season.

We see Peter and a woman together on a mission tracking a potential leak. Towards the end of the clip, Peter is discovered and begins running from some attackers shooting at him.

In the The Night Agent Season 2 premiere clip, we see Peter on a "romantic honeymoon" in Thailand. It is revealed that his "wife" Alice is a fellow agent played by Brittany Snow, who is known for her role in the Pitch Perfect movies. They are following a man played by Teddy Sears who is suspected of selling sensitive government secrets.

But later, the two split up and start following the others with the secret. In one scene, the suspect notices Peter, and he gets shot at by several men. While on the run, Peter informs Alice about being discovered and requests her assistance.

Who is Brittany Snow in The Night Agent Season 2?

In an interview, Shawn Ryan, the creator of The Night Agent hoped that Brittany Snow's charisma and charm could help viewers fall in love with Alice. He also addressed his hope for what the viewers feel after they see Snow for the very first time on the screen. Ryan said:

“So even when you’re like, ‘Well, wait a second, who’s this woman holding hands with Peter? Where’s Rose?’ You still don’t hate her. You might not think ‘Brittany Snow’ when you think of a spy thriller series, but I knew she could do it. And she was really game.”
