The new teaser of Captain America: Brave New World has brought to life a couple of intriguing details about the upcoming film. The Celestial Tiamut, killed at the end of Eternals, is believed to still exist, as per the teaser. The film is expected to revolve around international emanating from the recently discovered Adamantium in the heart of Tiamut.

The teaser, which features both new and familiar antagonists, successfully conveys the tension that existed before the war and emphasizes the concept of mistrust prevailing among the characters. Although Giancarlo Esposito's Sidewinder makes an intriguing entrance and qualifies as a frightening new enemy, specifics regarding The Leader are still kept under wraps.

As President Ross, played by Harrison Ford, transforms into the monster Red Hulk, the teaser ends with a dramatic confrontation between Captain America and the Red Hulk. Ford's Ross and Mackie's Wilson are at loggerheads for the first time, establishing a fierce battle.

Anthony Mackie opens up about his experience of filming with Harrison Ford

Captain America: Brave New World will mark the Marvel Cinematic Universe debut for veteran actor Harrison Ford. In a recent interview on The Playlist podcast, actor Anthony Mackie spoke about his work experience with Ford. While revealing what Ford said to him on the first day of shooting, Mackie stated:

"What was really interesting and it shows the nature and the beauty of Harrison Ford — when he got to set, he pulled me aside, and he was like 'Hey kid,' — and I'm 46 years old. He goes 'Hey kid, this is your movie. I'm here to support you. And I'm here to make sure after this movie comes out, everyone knows your name.' And there are a lot of people on his level that would not do that. There are a lot of people at his scale of work who would not do that."

He further added:

"But from the first day he was on set til the last day when we wrapped, he literally treated me like I was number one. He literally let me have the set and literally walked beside me every day and showed me the respect that people would. You know, it's still Harrison Ford. Nobody's like 'Hey Harrison, get out of the way. We need Anthony,' but he made it very clear that I was number one on the call sheet. And because of that, everybody else fell in line. So I have nothing but appreciation and admiration for him — for the way he handled himself and the way he handled the set."

Captain America: Brave New World releases theatrically on February 14, 2024.
