In a special Thanksgiving-themed double elimination, The Masked Singer bid farewell to Royal Knight, who was unmasked to be Jana Kramer, and Sherlock Hound who was unmasked to be former MLB pitcher Bronson Arroyo.

The episode of The Masked Singer, which featured the Peanuts gang and some heartwarming family videos for the judges, proved that even on Turkey Day, someone has to leave the party early.

For those unfamiliar with the show's premise, The Masked Singer features celebrities performing in elaborate costumes while judges and audiences attempt to guess their identities through performances and cryptic clue packages.

This season has already served up some impressive reveals, and with tonight's double elimination, the show's getting closer to crowning the Season 12 champion.

Who all were unmasked in this episode of The Masked Singer Season 12?

Jana Kramer's reveal as Royal Knight came after a heartfelt performance of Madonna's "Holiday" on this special episode of The Masked Singer. Her clue package touched on motherhood, featuring her three children and some telling hints about her wine and podcast ventures.

The wine bottle next to a studio mic should have been a dead giveaway – Kramer hosts the podcast Whine Down and owns One Brick Wine.

Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg proved her detective skills once again, correctly identifying Kramer while her fellow judges were throwing out names like Anna Faris and Kelly Ripa.

Former baseball star Bronson Arroyo, as Sherlock Hound, struck out with his rendition of The Lumineers' "Ho Hey." His clue package cleverly played with baseball references, including an on-strike sign and an Ace card with a globe – nods to his time with the Boston Red Sox and Cincinnati Reds.

Strawberry Shortcake’s performance brings new guesses

The night kicked off with Strawberry Shortcake delivering a touching rendition of Lee Ann Womack's "I Hope You Dance." Her clue package was dedicated to her mom, featuring nostalgic kitchen memories and hints about stage fright.

Notable clues included a music note pen, a dressed-up cow (possibly a Disney Channel reference), and mouse ears that Lucy van Pelt herself revealed as an additional hint.

The Masked Singer judges' guesses ranged from Kelsea Ballerini to Hailee Steinfeld and even Selena Gomez, though fans might want to keep their eyes on the AJ Michalka theories floating around. Those Disney Channel hints are getting harder to ignore!

The battle royale round saw Sherlock Hound and Strawberry Shortcake tackle Ed Sheeran's "Shivers," with contrasting approaches that showcased their unique styles. While Hound went full metal, Strawberry kept it acoustic and secured her spot in The Masked Singer semi-finals.

What to expect from future episodes of The Masked Singer?

With these two masks down, the competition is heating up. Strawberry Shortcake advances to join Buffaloes, Goo, and Wasp in what promises to be an epic semi-final round. Given the caliber of performances we've seen so far, the race for the Season 12 trophy is anyone's game.

The episode wasn't all eliminations and competition, though. The show treated viewers to a special performance of "You Make My Dreams Come True" by judges Rita Ora and Robin Thicke; sometimes the most entertaining moments come from behind the judges' table.

While they might not be the next Hall & Oates, they brought some holiday cheer to the proceedings!

Jam-packed and turkey-stuffed, this Thanksgiving special offered the audience a lot to be grateful for, and just about as much for leaving contestants Jana Kramer and Bronson Arroyo to be grateful for as well.

Stay tuned to find out the faces behind Buffalo, Goo, Wasp, and of course, Strawberry Shortcake. Talk about a Thanksgiving feast to show gratitude for.
