The Masked Singer season 12 : Who got eliminated in episode 11

The Masked Singer aired its "Semi-Finals: The Final Three" on Fox on December 11, 2024. One of the final three contenders for the grand finale performed for one last time on the show. Strawberry Shortcake got eliminated and was revealed to be AJ Michalka.

Who is Strawberry Shortcake on The Masked Singer Season 12

After a month filled with surprising reveals, mesmerizing performances, and intriguing clues, season 12 of The Masked Singer is finally ready for its finale. On Dec 11, Wednesday, the show aired its semi-final with Strawberry Shortcake, Wasp, and Buffalo.

One half of the duo, Aly & AJ, Michalka is an actor, songwriter, and actor. Fans know her from her appearances in The Lovely Bones, Grace Unplugged, Weepah Way for Now, Super 8, Secretariat, and Support the Girls.

Originally, AJ was planning to enter the show with her sister, Aly Michalka but due to her unavailability, she decided to enter the show alone.

In The Masked Singer semi-finals, the final three contestants gave one of their best performances to make it to the finale.

Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberry Shortcake decided to sing Selena Gomez's Lose You to Love Me. Though her performance was transcendental, she lost to Buffalo in the "Masked Royale" face-off on Counting Stars and ended up getting eliminated.

None of the judges guessed AJ to be behind the strawberry shortcake mask. Ken Jeong thought it was Joey King, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg said it was Sarah Hyland, and Robin Thicke guessed Kelsea Ballerini.

Wasp

Wasp was the first one to make it to the finale after his performance of Beautiful Things by Benson Boone. His rendition helped him lead the scoreboard and he became the first to enter the grand finale of The Masked Singer.

Buffalo

Buffalo decided to take up the semi-final stage with his rendition of Africa by Toto. Even though McCarthy thought it was the best performance of the season, Buffalo had to fight for his place in a face-off with Strawberry Shortcake.

Who made it to the finale of The Masked Singer Season 12

After his performance in the semi-final, Wasp was the first one to make it through with maximum votes. This called for a face-off between the remaining two - Buffalo and Strawberry Shortcake.

For the face-off, the two decided to perform Counting Stars. Both gave tough competition to each other but in the end, only one of them could go forward. Buffalo won the "Masked Royale" and will be competing against the Wasp to take home the big win.
