The Later Daters' Episode 3 aired on Netflix on November 29, 2024. The segment featured Nate and Anise's next dates while Pam also tried another date with Logan's advice.
The third episode introduced a new cast member, Lori, who met dating coach Logan Ury for the first time and opened up about herself.

"Nate struggles with a six-year age gap. Lori finds herself in the friend zone more often than the end zone. Pam's nervous chatter holds her back."
The Later Daters Episode 3: Recap explored
The Later Daters' third episode picked up from Pam and Robert's blind date, where the show's second episode ended. While Robert wanted her to know more about himself, Pam, in her nervous self, talked about pyramids, big containers, Spotify, King George, and more.
Soon, Robert ended their date, and he confessed that she was "so 180 degrees opposite" of himself. When Pam FaceTimed Logan, she shared that she was not everybody's "cup of tea" and was "hyper."
"So for next time I would say, when you feel like you've been talking a lot, take a sip of water and let somebody else fill the space, because you are a big personality, and people like that, but they also want room for their own personality," shared Logan.
The Later Daters: Nate's third date
Nate's ex-girlfriend Jackie came by his house and asked about his second date. He referred to his date with Anise as "not a bad date." Despite referring to himself as "not age discriminating," Nate mentioned that his preference for Anise was a:
"Little bit outside of my desired age bracket. And, you know, I'm not age-discriminating. You know, it's just a preference."
The Later Daters star Nate was getting ready for his third date. While getting ready, he FaceTimed his ex-girlfriend, Jackie, for her advice on what he should wear.
The Later Daters: Anise's third date
Anise shared the details of her date with her daughter, Dwayna. She talked about "yellow flowers" and how he was dressed well. She also mentioned how he was respectful and a "gentleman." However, she also noted that Nate didn't do "active things" like hiking.
Later on, Anise went on her third date with a "white" guy. Before going on a date, she sat with her daughter Dwayna and confessed to the cameras:
"You helped me a little bit when you were in the eight grade, and you fell in love with that little white boy. And I remember making the mistake of saying, "Listen, you can have this little fling right now, but you're going to bring me home Black babies."
She continued:
"And I remember feeling like that was wrong. I had to take that back and apologize. Because if it's really love, then it doesn't matter what the shade is."
Her third date was with Bill, 55, a tech startup CEO. His first impression of Anise was that she was confident and dressed well. He mentioned that he has only dated "Black women," and she was more interested in him.
Suzanne opens up to her children and receives a call from Avery
Suzanne's daughter and sons prepared turkey burgers at home on the game day. She told them about her blind dates with Avery and Frank.
"I'm a good bit older than you are. I don't want to be a nurse of a purse. And so I think you have to be slightly guarded in those situations. I want to have a connection, and I have choices right now, right? I would definitely think Avery would be my top pick at this point," shared Suzanne.
The Later Daters star, Suzanne, received a call from her last date, Avery, to ask her out for their second date, which she also agreed to.
Pam's second date: The Later Daters
Pam and her granddaughter Zoe FaceTimed Logan while she was getting ready for her second date.
"So on your date today, I want you to focus on being interested, not interesting. Let's leave the past in the past. No ghost stories. We'll talk soon," advised Logan.
After helping Pam dress up, Zoe saw off her grandmother as she went on her second date. It was with Paul, 62, who was never married and a singer/ songwriter. They talked about living and traveling to different places and found traveling their mutual interest.
While both enjoyed their date, Paul asked for Pam's number. After their date, Logan FaceTimed Pam to ask about the date, which Pam mentioned as "surprisingly great." When she mentioned "looking forward to tomorrow instead of always thinking about yesterday," Logan felt chills.
Logan's first meeting with the Newest cast member, Lori
The Later Daters Episode 3 introduced a new cast member: Lori, 57. She has been single for over 15 years and has two kids. She was a student engagement coach, behavior coach, and celebrity media correspondent.
"I want somenody I can share my dreams and aspirations with. I want somebody to build the second part of my life with," shared Lori.
Diana, Lori's stylist, and Kennede, her daughter, talked about her personality and more. Lori mentioned having a crush on Felton:
"There's this guy that I really like. His name is Felton. I love his humor and his vibe, but I think I'm in the friend zone. So hopefully this dating coach can show me how to navigate that space," confessed Lori.
The Later Daters coach, Logan, went to see Lori and discussed various things. Lori opened up and shared about her son, Sean, and daughter, who is "very introverted," and more. She mentioned getting "friend-zoned," which she wanted to work on. The third episode also featured her son, Sean.
