The highly anticipated Season 7 of The Dragon Prince is finally out on Netflix, which will mark the end of the second phase of the series, called Mystery of Aaravos.

As seen in the Season 6 finale, Aaravos is hellbent on taking revenge on the elders and the people of Xandia, who he believes are responsible for his daughter's death, who disrupted the Cosmic Order.

Season 7 sees him doing everything in his power to unleash darkness on Xandia and its people, causing trouble for Ezran and Callum. The archmage also resurrects Avizandum's spirit to use against the other Archdragons. But, he is bitten by Avizandum, resulting in his temporary death. However, his death causes the demise of all the other Archdragons, as prophesized by A Celestial Elf.

Here is everything that happened in The Dragon Prince Season 7.

Aaravos' temporary death causes the death of all Archdragons in The Dragon Prince Season 7

While we learned that Startouch Elves could not be destroyed completely, even with a Nova blade, and that they would only be returned to heaven as a star, Season 7 pressed another theory. An Archdragon's bite can also destroy Aaravos' mortal vessel.

Fearing that he will be caged again for 100 years by Ezran, just like his ancestors, Aaravos orders Claudia to kill Tidebound Tina so that she cannot make another cage to capture him. Meanwhile, he begins to unleash spirits from the in-between realm in his plan to seek revenge for his daughter's death.

Aaravos also resurrects Avizandum's spirit using the Moon Primal Stone to be used against the other Archdragons, and Rex Igneous gets killed in the process. Avizandum and Zubeia take Aaravos to the Eclipse, where he's bit by Avizandum and suffers a temporary death, sent back to where he came from.

But as prophesized by the Celestial Elves that everything around will die when a fallen star is sent back, Aaravos' temporary death causes the death of Zubeia Domina and all the Archdragons.

Will Callum soon fall prey to Aaravos' manipulation in The Dragon Prince Season 7?

We know the ill effects of using too much dark magic, as it can corrupt one's soul and make them fall prey to Aaravos, like Claudia. Callum is also one of the mages who is known for his knowledge of dark magic.

After learning about Tina's death, Callum had no choice but to use a magic spell and lock Aaravos in the cursed coin. But knowing that doing this would make him an agent of chaos, he orders Runann to kill him as soon as Aaravos is trapped.

But before he can finish his magic spell, Aaravos is bitten by Avizandum and sent to heaven for seven years. While Callum doesn't complete his spell, he is still touched by dark magic, evident by the white streak in his hair.

This hints that Callum's soul is slowly corrupting and that he could fall prey to Aaravos when he returns after seven years.

The city of Evrkynd and The Magical Cube in The Dragon Prince Season 7. Will Aavaros finally be defeated?

While The Dragon Prince Season 7 ends without a permanent solution for Aavaros, who has just been sent to heaven for seven years, the finale gives two major hints that could defeat the fallen star.

Ezran built the new city of Evrkynd, and as the name suggests, every kind of creature will have a home there. A place where elves and humans will live in harmony and prepare to fight against Aavaros when he returns after seven years.

Meanwhile, Callum also discovers a magical cube, which could be a key to Aavaros. While the mystery behind the cube is still maintained, it could hold an answer for his permanent death.
