The Conners Season 7 Release Date
Despite being a staple part of ABC’s Wednesday lineup of shows since its third season, The Conners will not be a part of the 2024 fall calender of the network.
Though the filming of the 7th season has been wrapped up, there is no official update on the release date yet, except the fact that the show will return at some point in the midseason.
This means that the final season of The Conners will be hitting the screens sometime in between December 2024 and May 2025. Either way, fans will have to wait for a long time for their favorite family to be back.
The Conners Season 7 Plot
The 7th and final season of The Conners will be six episodes long. Going by the finale of season 6, the last season is very likely to deal with the titular family members adjusting to the new phases of their lives.
Darlene will have to deal with Mark and Becky moving out and we'll find out what it would mean for her. Mark might have some trouble with his hacking job, which is illegal. Dan and Jackie, on the other hand, will continue to adjust to their retired lives.
These plotlines along with other ones will all get wrapped up within the six episodes that the final season has to offer. Executive producers Dave Caplan and Bruce Helford mentioned in an interview with TVLine that they believe the six episodes will help to
“wrap this up with the dignity the show deserves.”
The Conners Season 7 Cast
Though there has been no official update regarding the cast of The Conners Season 7, it can be assumed that the main cast members will be returning en masse.
This includes Dan Conner (John Goodman), the family patriarch, Darlene Conner-Olinsky (Sara Gilbert), and Becky Conner-Healy (Lecy Goranson). Harris Conner-Healy (Emma Kenney) will also be returning as she confirmed via her instagram page.
Other possible returning cast members include Louise Conner (Katey Sagal), Ben Olinsky (Jay R. Ferguson), and Jackie Harris-Goldufski (Laurie Metcalf).
