The Conners Season 7 is all set to release on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 8 pm ET on ABC. Viewers can expect some major shifts in the finale season as it is set to finally conclude the story of the Conners. Created by Matt Williams, the popular sitcom, a spin-off of the canceled series Roseanne, first debuted on October 16, 2018.
The show is primarily based on the lives of the Conners, a middle-class family from Lanford. The series explores the themes of changing family dynamics, middle-class struggles, and personal loss. The Conner's humor, determination, and heartfelt moments are a favorite among its regular viewers.
Even though the makers thought The Conners would be wrapped up with six seasons, its popularity and steady viewership forced the makers to rethink their decision and renew the series for another season.
The returning cast members of the series include the Conner family head, Dan, played by John Goodman. The list also includes Lecy Gorason as Becky, Sara Gilbert as Darlene Conner, Laurie Metcalf as Jackie Harris-Goldufski, Emma Kenney as Harris Conner, and Ames McNamara as Mark Conner. Apart from that, viewers will also get to see Jay R. Ferguson as Ben Olinsky and Katey Sagal as Louise Conner.
The Season is slated for six episodes; however, some characters such as Johnny Galecki's David, Estelle Parsons' Bev, and Michael Fishman's DJ will not be returning for the final Season.
The emotional promo of the final Season craved several throwback pieces, including a scene from Roseanne where Dan Conner was seen with her daughters Darlene and Becky. As the background voice says,
"After 37 years the Conners are saying bye-bye, good bye, we just want to say good bye."
In a recently released one-minute trailer, there are several sneak peeks and blasts from the past scenes of the Conners. As the trailer proceeds, Dan says, No matter what, we stick together. The Conners are finally ending all grudges against each other and are united as one. In the trailer, we also see some new faces such as Zoe Perry, Seth Green, and Jane Lynch.
Here's what we know about them and their characters.
